Job Description :

URGENT RQUIREMENT FOR DUBAI QA QC ENGINEER.
Position: QA/QC Engineer
Educational Qualification: B.E / B.tech (Civil)
Certifications: ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018 (Internal Auditor – Mandatory) , Nebosh IGC (desired)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in UAE
UAE Driving license: Required
Key responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, Maintain & review the QMS is aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 45001 requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and review quality manuals, procedures, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and authority standards and requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure that work meets required quality standards.
• Perform quality checks for materials, equipment, and project installations.
• Collaborate with the QHSE team and QHSE Manager to ensure overall safety, health, and environmental compliance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures and requirements
• Identify, record, and report any non-conformances observed during inspections/audits.
• Work with the project team to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
• Develop and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) , audit plans.
• Ensure that all quality & HSE Plans are approved by relevant authorities before implementation.
• Verify the quality of materials and equipment used on site to ensure they comply with project specifications.
• Monitor suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors for QHSE Compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, tests, and quality checks.
• Prepare and submit reports to QHSE management and relevant authorities as required.
• Ensure all quality documentation, Audits and inspections meet the requirements of authorities.
• Coordinate with authorities/external auditors for external inspections and audits.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on QHSE procedures and standards.
• Support workers and subcontractors in understanding QHSE expectations on-site.
• preparing for and participating in internal and external audits.
• Ensure that audit findings are addressed, and corrective actions are taken.
• Identify potential QHSE risks on-site and suggest preventive measures.
• Report any QHSE-related issues promptly to the project manager and take corrective actions.
• Serve as the point of contact for quality-related communication with clients, authorities, and subcontractors.
• Address any client concerns regarding quality and propose solutions.
• Monitor trends in project quality performance and recommend improvements.
• Participate in regular reviews and quality performance assessments.
• Ensure proper management and storage of QHSE-related documents
• Maintain an organized database for easy access during audits and inspections.
• preparation of regular quality performance reports for management.
• Ensure that all quality-related data is accurately documented and updated.
• Attend and contribute to project quality meetings, both internally and with clients or authorities.
• Ensure that all quality-related issues are discussed and resolved promptly.
• Work with the QHSE team to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
